Shalby Hospitals - Manager - Sales (4-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Corporate Tie-ups:-
- Tie ups with government and private organizations for medical services
- Attending calls from corporate and PSUs
- Adhere by the daily target of meeting Govt offices and PSUs.
- Conducting meetings with corporate tie ups and meeting them from time to time
- Keeping the companies informed with the hospital updates and presenting them with Shalby Times on a regular basis
- Responsible for timely renewal of tie-ups
- Conducting and attending corporate meetings
- Conducting corporate activities in PSU and government offices.
- Meeting various TPA companies for adding Shalby in their network.
- Meeting the patients converted through TPA/Corporate/PSUs/Govt. Etc
- Coordinating with other depts. in case of patient complain for resolving the issues.
Business Development :
- Responsible for business development of the hospital
- Creating awareness about doctors and their specialties
- Fixing appointments in coordination with doctor availability
- Coordinating for marketing from doctor side(corporate doctor meet, corporate health talks, corporate CMEs)
- Providing information about health checkups and resolving queries for the same
- Resolving queries for TPA patients and their insurance companies
- Promotion of hospital services through branding
- To ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Following with TPA companies to release payments and if required, visiting them time to time.
- Planning and implementation of strategies that help in achieving revenue to the hospital
- Launching campaigns and other activities for increasing footfalls
- Maintaining record of corporate admissions, health checkups and revenue of the hospital
- Sending day to day activity report to the HOD
- Coordinating with other units as per requirement

Qualification :
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training:- Graduation in any discipline
Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training:- MBA (Marketing)
