- Aspirant will be SPOC and attend to Operation of customer help desk for - attending customer calls, assigning calls, monitoring and feedback to customer calls, coordinate and follow up with team members, recording and tracking customer complaints. Maintain internal QAR summary and reports.
- Updating of all entries in designated software. MIS reports on Sales, AMC, services, Installation, manpower performance through excel reports.
- Incumbent should be able to extend Sales / Service support team at sites responsible for call assignment in discussion with concerned managers, for service, maintenance works on customer sites.
- Incumbent should be following up on status, payments and other requirements of service, and collecting feedback, from customers on field service.
- Aspirant's job would entail coordination with internal service engineers, site teams and be proactive and report regularly on daily, weekly along with MIS reports as desired.
- Incumbent should be open to continuously upgrade his knowledge for working on various software including SAP, technical details and terms, by reading & interacting with technical team and seniors and be abreast with client needs.
