Shahani Group - Sales Specialist (2-6 yrs)
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers, sellers & leasers, generally representing one or the other.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Obtain information from CRM and other databases available
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Negotiate real estate sales and/or rental contracts.
- Selling & Convincing others to buy and/or sell to change their minds or actions as and when needed during a pitch
