Shahani Group - Career Counsellor (0-2 yrs)
- Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.
- Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.
- Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses.
- Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required.
- Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management.
- Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions.
