Skill Required:

- Flair for Sales/Marketing

- Entrepreneurial flair and being able to spot opportunities quickly.

- Commercial awareness and identifying potential risk areas.

- Quick learner; able to learn the key concepts behind technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing and delivering appropriate well-structured presentations and proposals.

- Strong capability in building relationships and able to communicate with all levels.

- Willingness to travel regularly and frequently to customer sites.

Job Duties:

- Develop and mentor a team of sales professionals to continually achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement key sales initiatives, programs, campaigns and techniques to support sales and marketing objectives.

- Conduct sales presentations, submit quotes and ultimately close sales. Solicit and expand revenue and services with existing and new customers.

- Ensure all credit/debtor requests are actioned in a timely manner and the appropriate follow up is conducted and recorded.

- Ensure that all - offers- with regard to market sales are managed in accordance with the approved Sales and Marketing Strategy process.

- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.

- Co-ordinate the setting of the sales and marketing budgets and ensure that these are appropriately monitored against Key Performance Indicators.
