Job Title - Internal Sales Coordinator (Preferred Female Candidates)

Qualification - Any graduate in Sales & Marketing.

Experience - 1 - 4 Years

Industry: Engineering Industry, Engineering capital goods like pumps, boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers.etc

JOB DUTIES :

- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, whatsapp and email, preparing accurate offers as required.

- To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating showrounds with potential clients to show them our facilities.

- Contracting bookings and raising offers.

- Promotion of our products and services to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.

- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales Executive & Sales Manager.

- Support and coordinate with the various departments particularly with sales department.

- Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence related to the offers submitted by you.

- Active participation and taking responsibilities, whenever an event is planned with Shah Marketing customers, like product presentations, seminars or putting up a stall in an exhibition.

- Achieve targeted Performance parameters, schedules, policies and procedures.

- Adhere to strict grooming standards.

- Perform other duties which are given by the company.

KEY SKILLS:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.

- Good communication skill.
