Job Duties:
- Develop and mentor a team of sales & Service professionals to continually achieve and exceed Organization targets.
- Achieves Company objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions, and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
- Develop and implement key sales initiatives, programs, campaigns and techniques to support sales, Service and marketing objectives.
- Responsibility for developing client/account relationships with key technical individuals in organizations on a day-to-day basis.
- Understanding the clients- technical needs and shaping technical solutions that our clients will find innovative and desirable.
- Active prospecting of and identifying new business opportunities based on the latest Industry trends and developments.
- Performing market analyses and surveys that feed into the overall positioning and sales strategy.
- Fostering and managing a sales pipeline that delivers sustainable and profitable business.
- Working collaboratively with our sales and delivery teams to identify winning propositions that will meet clients- needs.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- To monitor both budgetary and service delivery performance against targets, in order to achieve high standards of delivery and Client satisfaction are achieved.
- Guides & monitor other departments on Company Policy & Process; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
