Shadowfax - Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales (4-10 yrs)
Job Description
- Hunt and develop new clients for Shadowfax's different line of logistics services
- Liase with key client POCs to grow and manage Shadowfax's business with them
- Owning the revenue target for assigned clients & monitoring daily performance
- Tracking competitors' movement in the market as a proactive measure so as to retain the existing client base
- Internally leasing with Ops and Supply teams to ensure top-notch service to Customers
- Pipeline creation and management
- Delivering monthly / quarterly sales targets
Qualifications/Experience
- 4-10 Years of experience in e-commerce / grocery / FMCG/ category management /B2B sales role
- MBA preferred
- Logistics experience desirable but not mandatory
- Experience of working in a quick turnaround environment
- Previous P&L and Sales pipeline management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical approach to solve problems
