Founded by alumni of IIT Delhi, we have now expanded to a 100+ member team across our 3 offices. Roles and Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of Shadowfax in the business community
- Continuously striving to increase the order potential of the existing clients
- Developing a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long term trends
- Have an in depth knowledge of competition and clients and ability to influence the market
- Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how Shadowfax can create value for their business
- Develop and implement industry best practices. Move the industry with you!
Desired Skills :
- Relevant Experience in Sales/ Relationship Management in the Hospitality/eCommerce/Logistics Space
- Problem solving Ability and handling stressful and complicated situations
- A self-motivated individual who derives their source of energy from people and ideas and knows how to get the best from the available resources
- Graduate with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Oral skills: English and Hindi/Local Language)
- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
- An entrepreneur at heart
