Shadowfax - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
- Manage a set of key Enterprise customers (Large Accounts) for Shadowfax
- Engage with multiple teams in the same Account to add new lines of business/ grow existing lines of business
- Hunt and develop new clients and pipeline in the E-Commerce, FMCG, Grocery and Heavy Shipments Domain
- Internally liaise with Ops and Supply teams to ensure top-notch service to Customers
- Tracking competitors' movement in the market as a proactive measure so as to retain the existing supply/ client base
- Delivering monthly / quarterly business targets
Qualifications/Experience
- 4-8 Years of experience in E-commerce / Grocery / Food / Pharmaceutical / FMCG/ category management / B2B sales role
- Candidate having prior experience in E-Commerce domain or KAM roles would be preferred
- Logistics experience desirable but not mandatory
- Experience of working in a quick turnaround environment
- Previous P&L and Sales pipeline management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical approach to solve problems
