Job Description
- Oversee P&L for ecommerce operations spanning across 75+ cities
- Manage day to day operations and keep track of key SLAs
- Defining project KPI's and managing solution implementation
- Identifying and expansion of business at new markets
- Process reengineering and development of strategies to optimize cost and increasing efficiency
- Creating a delivery service segment to provide the best in class logistics services to ecommerce companies
Qualifications/Experience:
- 5 years+ experience in operations
- Exceptional thought leadership, people management and mentoring skills
- Possess rich and extensive knowledge of the logistics industry with excellent command over general management and operations
- Ability to work in a high pressure, time sensitive organization with an unrelenting focus on business goals
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and work cross functionally across teams in the organization
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Should be preferably from IITs / Premier Institutes
