Shades of Spring - Manager - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead on-site customer meetings and training
2. Monitoring and analyzing results
3. Play a vital role in feeding back what the customers are saying to all areas of the business including operations, tech, brand & marketing
4. Manage and monitor daily orders assignments through customer service team
5. Build a strong customer relationship management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
7. Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
8. Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
You will be part of the go-to team for our customers to get in touch, for sharing and celebrating their joys and supporting and rectifying any problems they have.
