Overview - The Human Resources team makes ensure that everyone should want to work with us, and no one would want to leave.

Role - We are looking for a social media enthusiast to manage and grow our employer social media presence. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our employer branding goal. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You should have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you will handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of engagement with our audience and propagate our employer value propositions.

What you will do in this role

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with employer branding goals

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Manage Shaadi's social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos and videos)

- Manage and increase traffic on Shaadi career page.

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

What you should have

- 2+ years of experience in managing social media

- Hands on experience in content management.

- Excellent copywriting skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- MA ( English), BMM

Brownie Points

- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Prior Work Experience in Human resources
