SGD - Customer Support Executive (3-5 yrs)
1. Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team.
2. Follow-up with customers.
3. Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
4. Good communication skills. (English, Hindi and Marathi must).
5. Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.
