About the Internship :
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers with any issues regarding their request via live chat, e-mails or by phone
2. Communicate promptly regarding any information to customers about their request
3. Help customers register online or to process their request
4. Professionally deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
5. Resolve or inform issues raised by customers to internal team admin for a swift resolution
6. Maintain records of customer conversations and ensuring the best services at all times
