Sethia Infrastructure - Manager - Sales (6-9 yrs)
Position : Sales Manager
Sector : Real Estate Developer
- Only Male candidate will be considered
- Candidate only from western suburb/Western Mumbai
- Filter Candidate only from Builder/Developer firm. (No Broking Firm)
Detailed Role Responsibilities :
- Selling To work towards achieving the assigned sales targets/ KRAs
- To attend to the customers visiting the office/ site
- To explain the product to the customers
- To generate prospects through cold calling from the database
- To take the prospect through the digital demo to give a brief understanding about the project and the offerings to generate interest
- To take the prospect to the site (Meets the prospects on site) and show the sample flat/layout and clarify the doubts regarding the structure and offerings
- To share and explain the available pricing schemes to the customers
- To understand the prospects financial status and help the prospect with relevant finance schemes in the market to help the customer take a decision to close the deal
- To follow up with the prospect at regular intervals
- To finalize the deal with the prospects
- To direct the customers to your reporting manager in case of major issues/ problems
Sales Contracts :
- To manage the documents of the customers throughout the sales process
- To get the contracts made as per the official guidelines set for the project along with the necessary approvals Customer Relations
- To carry out practices towards developing and maintaining relations with existing and potential customers.
- Networking with customers on an on-going basis. MIS Reports
- To ensure timely generation of MIS
To ensure maintenance of following records :
- Daily Walk-in data
- Broker registration data
- Lead management report Customer Database
- To maintain the database with the relevant information of the prospects and customers
- To regularly update the database with new as well as modified information Miscellaneous
- To keep track of the existing and upcoming projects by doing regular market surveys to capture data and information about the competitors
- Any other job that the Head of Sales and Marketing deem fit for this position Implementation of Systems & Processes
- Ensures that all SLAs are adhered to
- Employee Performance & Management Responsible for the development of self by staying current with the latest industry trends and practices Continuous Improvement Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness of the team
