POSITION :
Sales and Business Development Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- This is a very enriching job that involves "solutions selling" and "consultative selling" using state-of-the art software products for solving business problems in industries like Banking & Financial Services
- The candidate would need to understand products and execute complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, billing and collections
- Run campaigns for generating sales leads;
- Conduct customer-specific research;
- Identify individual customer's needs/problems and map decision makers for creating compelling value proposition;
- Generate leads from external sources
- Promote industry-specific solutions;
- Enrich prospect databases on continuous basis;
- Develop and leverage customer relationships;
- Evangelize Products & Industry Solutions;
- Create thought-leadership content for delivering compelling sales & marketing pitches
- Build market intelligence and competition insights;
- Design and deliver compelling presentations, demos and webinars
- Gather customers' requirements;
Create solution notes; Respond to RFPs;
- Promote products and solutions through social media; Identify repetitive opportunities for product/solution sales
- Establish ROI models for solution categories.
QUALIFICATION :
- MBA with 60% throughout academic standard. Relaxation possible for candidates with exceptional Software Solutions or Banking/Financial Services Industry background or BE/BTech in Computer Science / IT.
EXPERIENCE- 1-5 Years
DESIRED PROFILE :
- Ability to learn software product features
- Good interactive skills
- Engineering graduates will get preference
- Experience in software company in a similar role as per Job

- Very good in verbal and written communication
