Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Gomtinagar, Lucknow

Salary: - 8,000 to - 15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in franchisee sales.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of our products or services

- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team

- Maintain a database of prospective customers and track their interactions

- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in franchisee sales or similar role

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

- Ability to build rapport and engage potential customers over the phone

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Note: Candidates with relevant experience and a successful track record in franchisee sales will be given preference.
