Key Responsibilities

1. Client Transaction Support:

- Assist Wealth Advisors and Client Relationship Managers in processing client transactions, including account openings, fund transfers, and distributions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the timely execution and settlement of client transactions, resolving any issues or discrepancies as needed.

2. Account Maintenance and Administration:

- Manage client account documentation, including account agreements, beneficiary designations, and account maintenance requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.

- Process account updates and maintenance requests, such as address changes, bank account updates, and account titling changes, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

3. Operational Support and Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to client accounts, transactions, and operational procedures, providing guidance and support to Wealth

- Advisors and Client Relationship Managers as needed.

- Collaborate with back-office operations teams, including compliance, finance, and technology, to address operational issues, resolve discrepancies, and streamline processes.

4. Client Service and Communication:

- Respond to client inquiries and requests for account information, transaction status, and documentation in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional client service.

- Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on account activities, transaction confirmations, and other relevant information, fostering strong client relationships and trust.

5. Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices related to client accounts, transactions, and data security.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and account documentation, adhering to established recordkeeping standards.
