Service Manager - Sales - Spare Parts Business (8-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible to generate service sales revenue in the assigned territory through key customers by bringing bulk AMC, MOD
orders & ARC (Annual rate contract)
- Plan & implement Sales planning for assigned territory
- Responsible for executing the Area & Regional Level Service strategy to assigned territory.
- Responsible to establish & build sustainable relationship with End customers, Facility Management companies.
- Ensure effecting MIS reporting, utilization of CRM Tool & Data maintaining
- Responsible to work close coordination with Service Supervisor, HO team for timely response to customer
- Provide marketing information to Zonal Service Manger & HO for effective MOD product strategy
- Ensure timely collection of receivables
- Conduct business in line with applicable local laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies &procedures,company's code of conduct
