Service Coordinator (1-2 yrs)
- To go and meet our existing paid client and provide service for the issue they are facing.
- Do cross sell or upgrade clients to our multiple services.
- Should have worked in a client support role or client service role in his last profile.
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi are mandatory. Plus local language is must
- Worked in any SAAS or online or Fintech or E-commerce company.
- Meeting minimum 8-10 clients in a day.
- Travelling & Mobile allowance will be provided over and above salary.
