Service Associate - Customer Service
As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Customer Experience. This is a unique opportunity since Service Associate would be the face of Company and takes care of the customer experience during deliveries.
Job Role:
- Responsible for managing customer satisfaction through customer coordination, delivery supervision, and installation.
- Handling all customer queries regarding delivery timing & location, product information, returns, and exchanges.
- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for cross selling and upselling
- Typically drive the whole experience by hand-holding the customers, help them by providing right info and deliver delight during the order deliveries
- Coordinate with Logistics and Customer support teams to provide timely feedback
Experience: 1 Year to 4 Years
Salary: 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA + Incentive + Allowance
Compensation: 2,25,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
Location: Hyderabad
