5. Candidates should have proven experience and a reasonable track record for lead conversion.
6. Must have experience in Proposal Writing for bidding, Follow-ups with clients, Requirements Gathering along with manage Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successful Leads conversion.
7. Believes in providing excellent Customer Service.

11. Ready to Work in rotational Shifts.
12. Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Up work/ GURU / PPH) and from other portals.
13. Able to find quality leads for Project Development.
14. Able to write a cover letter as per the requirement.
15. Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients
16. Achieve business goals for the company.
17. Drafting the proposals, developing and negotiating the contracts.
18. To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis.
19. Is updated with upcoming IT market trend and technologies.
20. Identifying and generating prospects of new clients and fully supporting them till the agreement is signed.
21. Prepare Business Development strategies.
22. Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirements and proposing strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
23. Able to communicate with the client and understand their requirements comfortable contacting via email/call/Skype.
24. Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
