Sepack India - Executive - Sales (2-3 yrs)
- Provide follow-up reports to ensure compliance with the prescribed work processes and projects implemented
- Provide recommendations on new projects, with recommendation of improvements of processes and product design changes
- Accept and complete projects as assigned
- Contribute to and understand the strategies and policies laid out in the Group business plan
- Indirectly contribute to the trading profit of the Group by customer deals
- Share information within the Group and across other Groups within ETD
- Achieve individual targets as agreed with Group Head
- Support junior staff development
- Negotiate and document program term changes and implement and where appropriate supervise implementation with local teams
- Support our sales managers nationally with the day to day management of the dealer network
