SEO Specialist (3-6 yrs)
a. Ability to think strategies on improving organic rankings and search traffic and execute
b. Onsite Optimization
c. Excellent at keyword research and knowledge of the right tools to help in keyword and content strategy
d. Analytical capability to monitor, track and analyze performance and drive data driven decisions
e. Optimization for SEO Campaigns on an ongoing basis
f. Skilled in competitive analysis using tools and giving inputs to the team based on online competitive research
g. Abreast with the latest SEO ranking factors and latest SEO tools and techniques and ability to provide though leadership for best practices and trends in SEO space
h. Ability to collaborate with different teams, such as website management, engineering team and content team
i. Ability to edit blog copy and web content copy on her own for SEO optimiziation
j. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
k. Knowledge and previous success with SEM campaigns preferred
Qualifications :
- 3+ years SEO experience
- Technical SEO Experience is highly preferred
- Experience with high traffic websites
- Link building and outreach experience will be preferred
- Certification in google analytics and google adwords
- Team player with inter personal skills
- Must have strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Must have knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues in a JavaScript a plus
