SEO/SEM & Engagement Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Summary of what to expect from this role?
- End to end responsible for SEO and SEM
- Work in making Social Media Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate marketing, etc. a success
- Managing Company's growth on various channels with an involved use of data analytics.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Work with cross-functional team (Product, Support, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support company's revenue goals.
- Create and manage with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Execute and optimize google ads and other paid marketing channels.
- Create Email campaigns to target and retarget prospective buyers of company's solutions.
- Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business) and drive content creation.
- Manage SEO. Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience (2+ years) as an SEO/SEM analyst or similar role
- Track record of achieving lead quotas
- Experience working with marketing tools and platforms, a sound understanding of marketing performance metrics, bid management
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills (This is a must)
