Sentiss - Senior Executive - Business Development & Sales (1-4 yrs)
Position: Executive /Sr. Executive - Business Development & Sales
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc / Post Graduate in Business Administration
1-3 yrs
Reporting to: Sr. Manager - Business Development & Sales
Eligibility :
- Team members who are two levels lower will be allowed to apply for the position.
- The team member should have been in the current role for minimum two years.
- Applicants should have a minimum rating of 3 in last 2 appraisal cycle

Work Profile: I. New Business Development :
a. Lead generation for the following business models :
- Out-Licensing & Supply (All markets)
- Technology Transfer (All markets)
- Contact Manufacturing (All markets)
- Loan License (India)
b. Prepare Business Enquiry tracker and track the same on daily basis.
c. Liase with Internal stakeholders for evaluation of technical feasibility, costing, pricing strategy (market assessment, internal evaluation etc. ) etc. based on leads- requirement and preparation of technical and commercial offer/proposals/RFI's etc. for the lead.
d. Support in Sign off of Commercial and Quality Contract with the Customer.
e. End to End Coordination for Pulling through Sales - Launch of New products (initial 3 validation cum commercial batches) - Liasoning with Customer, TT, Plant, SC, FA and concerned stakeholders.
f. Invoice generation and track payment receivables for new business up to three process validation batches
II. Existing Business :
a. Support in resolve the issues impacting commercial terms of the agreement.
b. Support in Pricing for new requirements of commercialized products.
c. Support in Closure of open contracts (Quality and Commercial) / initiation and finalization with customers.
III. Miscellaneous :
a. Support in SMC presentations on lead generation and new business proposal status
b. Market Intelligence and Competition mapping
c. Support in Positioning of Contract Development and Manufacturing/ CPHI and other Conference planning
d. Support in Enhancing customer lead conversion by faster turnaround and efficient contractual decision making
e. Support in Automation of BD systems and processes
f. Support in Credit Limit finalization for new customers
g. Collate necessary information for Sales and Operation planning meetings with SC
