Sensibull - Manager - Growth Marketing (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for someone to join our growth team. The candidate will work closely with the founders on high impact growth projects. Needless to say, we are looking for an outlier.

Sensibull is funded by and partnered with Zerodha, the largest stock broker in India. We have tied up with 5 of the top 10 brokers in India, and are adding more. We are operationally profitable, and looking to expand to other geographies. We are a product focussed, engineering heavy, high ownership team of 28 people.
Must Haves :
1. Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
2. 1-6 years of relevant experience in a product company
3. Experience with analytics and event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
4. Experience with marketing automation tools
5. Expertise with A/B and multivariate experiments
6. Fluency in SQL is a plus
Responsibilities :
1. Designing, executing and analysing A/B tests including landing pages, marketing emails, dashboard notifications, growth tools and more.
2. Own user retention metrics, revival of dormant users through data driven interventions
3. All user lifecycle communications to optimize funnels via emails, social, push, etc
4. Strategize, design, plan, and implement growth experiments, from generating ideas to analysis of experiment results
5. Experiment with marketing automation tools and create viral loops
6. Experience with paid acquisitions is a plus
