Sensibull - Inside Sales Role - B2C Segment (1-7 yrs)

[Sensibull](https://sensibull.com/) is India's first and largest Options Trading Platform. We are transforming now to a first-of-its kind financial advisor market place. We are solving what is possibly the most challenging problem in investment space - how to make a common man investor profitable.

Sensibull is funded by and partnered with Zerodha, the largest stock broker in India. We have tied up with 5 of the top 10 brokers in India, and are adding more. We are operationally profitable, and looking to expand to other geographies. We are a product focussed, engineering heavy, high ownership team of 25 people.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. End-to-end ownership of client sales from sourcing leads, to sending invoices

2. Closing sales with incoming leads, cold calling potential customers and conducting walkthroughs/ demos for sales. Follow up on incomplete transactions and ensure that the sale is completed

3. Collecting feedback from customers and pass it to the product and tech team

4. Handle operational issues in the closing of a sale such as payments, invoices, etc.

5. Conduct Offers and campaigns, occasional promotions, discounts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS : 

1. Experience of at least 1+ year in a sales roles in B2C, including experience in setting up sales processes using CRM systems

2. Outstanding sales skills, and ability to conduct demos and walkthroughs

3. Great oral communication skills in English and Hindi. A third language is a plus

4. A keen interest in stocks markets, especially Options is a huge plus

5. Ability to listen to clients with empathy and resolve doubts

6. Ability to hustle, take initiative and is a desire to see the numbers growing

7. Finisher - You will chase a deal, follow up, and make sure it is closed

8. A natural curiosity and willingness to learn new things

9. Experience with broking or wealth management will be a strong plus
