- Sensibull is funded by and partnered with Zerodha, the largest stock broker in India. We have tied up with 5 of the top 10 brokers in India, and are adding more. We are operationally profitable, and looking to expand to other geographies. We are a product focussed, engineering heavy, high ownership team of 20 people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete client ownership - manage inbound customer queries on over chat and email
- Ensure customer is heard throughout escalation process in the event of escalations
- Conduct demos walkthroughs etc for clients as well as brokers and partners
- Assist customers through occasional phone calls
- Handle payments and related operations
- Provide customer insights and bug reports to tech and product teams for feature improvement
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven Customer Support Experience
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- A keen willingness to learn new things
- Patience, maturity and genuine customer empathy
- Proactive attitude, initiative taker, finisher
