SenseGrow - Manager - Sales - IoT SaaS Software & Hardware Startup (2-10 yrs)
You'll be responsible for end-to-end customer engagement, from prospecting and qualification to closing. Typical sales size will be between Rs. 10 to 20 lakh, and would typically involve Pilots/Demos, multiple stakeholders, price negotiations, and convincing top management and CXOs. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop enterprise technology (Combination of SaaS Software & Hardware) sales skills. Should have 2+ years of experience in selling IoT, SCADA, SaaS or software products to medium and large Industrial enterprises.
- 2+ years experience in end to end sales role
- Experience handling and owning mid-large deal sizes
- Excellent skills in strategic outbound prospecting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic, customer facing environment
- Motivated to be in a goal and target oriented role
- Experience in selling automation hardware products and software to Industrial firms
- Experience in sales development by making initial calls/emails, presentation and introducing our products and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
