SensaBeauty.com is an online business selling name brand designer fragrances at a discount. We aim to educate customers and help them save money while offering a premium shopping experience. We are preparing for a major sales push during the Q4 Christmas season and are looking to build a strong marketing team to support our goals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, data and results-driven Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and management of ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google. This role will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute advertising strategies that drive growth and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ad Creation and Optimization: Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google to ensure maximum performance and ROI.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement effective advertising strategies aligned with business goals.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across platforms.

- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

- Scaling Campaigns: Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and drive increased traffic and sales.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with overall brand messaging and objectives.

- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Ads Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google.

- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to discuss strategy and results with stakeholders.

- Experience with budget management and optimization.

- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.

Familiarity with e-commerce and retail advertising strategies.

Knowledge of advanced targeting and retargeting techniques.

Certifications in ads platforms.
