Job Role:

Leading and managing the catalog team on www.seniority.in. Responsible for jointly building, maintaining and enhancing the product catalogue as well as website look and feel for maximizing customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Catalogue Management:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Catalog production that includes Content Writing, Photo-shoot, styling, Editing, QC, upload and Inventory management so that key aspects of the products are showcased to the customers.

- To work closely with the digital team, web designers & developers and external agencies to ensure that resources are provided to support campaign launches as per SEO guidelines.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

- Maintain Quality standards of site and ensure error free consumer experience

- Oversee look and feel of the products on the website including categorization, sequencing, and product pages. Initiate review and renewal of sales catalogues based on consumer segment insights and competitive data (both online and offline)

- Managing the entire set up process and following up with the tech team to ensure timelines are met and bugs are being resolved in a timely manner.

Team Handling and Management

- Manage, guide and lead the catalog team.

- Conduct performance management process for the entire team.

- Setup infrastructure and manpower planning and recruitment for growth and expansion requirements.

- Identifying process inefficiencies and setting up processes to ensure smoother collaboration and faster turnaround.

Content Management

- Work with the marketing and design team to create innovative campaigns for social media and web.

- Manage website content like banners, FAQ pages etc. and ensure that its always up-do-date and refreshed

- Edit, proofread and improve writers- posts

- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention.

Key Competencies :

- Graduate or post graduate in English Hons, Mass Communication, Journalism or Arts with excellent command over English.

- Possess good knowledge of aspects of cataloguing like photography and content writing for websites/magazines/blogs.

- Creative and passionate individual with an ability to write engaging online content.

- Avid Reader & Online Researcher with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
