Evergreen Club Moderator :
- The role of the Moderator is the soul of Evergreen Club. They provide guidance, organization, information to all participants. She/he is a leader who enjoys social interaction, is fun and full of energy, possesses great charisma, and is able to create a buzzing environment. This is a demanding position, the motivation to help people and be resourceful to others is essential. The position reports to the Community Head.
Job Description :
1. Conduct EClub events with energy, enthusiasm, and care
2. Resolve problems and achieve the satisfaction of the participants
3. Foster positive self-image of the participants with care and enthusiasm
4. Prepare reports after each program
5. Maintain good relationships with elders for EClub members to value the platform relationships
6. Understand the problems and challenges of elders and identify ways to address them through EClub.
7. Provide an excellent environment to maintain a positive reputation for EClub.
Skills required for the position :
1. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Hindi
2. Acceptable MS Office skills
3. Organization skills, experience in group management is an advantage
4. Working knowledge of retro Bollywood is an advantage
5. Theater, music, or other artistic skills are appreciated, but not essential
