Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments. Responsible for developing business opportunities across the range of products with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the Region. Key deliverables would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, team development and coaching, distribution management and administration in the designated Region. The incumbent is expected to be self-driven with a proven track record demonstrating a balanced mix of strategic and tactical thinking with sound business acumen.

Key Result Areas :

- Establish a plan to achieve the BU sales objectives, taking into consideration overall business and sales goals, market opportunities, and available resources; review progress and adjust the plan as needed

- Provide strong direction, leadership and operational planning to achieve Sales revenue goals.

- Develop strategies and prepare the plan to drive sales growth and required product mix.

- Drive new product introduction and deliver on incremental revenue targets for new products.

- Strengthen and broaden KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement.

- Successfully negotiate and close complex deals, which may involve senior level management in the customer organization

- Ensure product availability and optimum customer service through the effective distributor and channel management.
