Senior Wedding Planner (4-7 yrs)
Client Interaction and Planning:
Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations. Develop and set realistic budgets in collaboration with clients. Curate and present tailored wedding packages to meet client needs.
Vendor Coordination and Management:
Identify and liaise with vendors for services such as catering, dcor, photography, entertainment, and more. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality services within budget constraints. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to timelines.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and supervise a team of wedding coordinators and event staff. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth execution of events. Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
Event Logistics and Execution:
Create detailed timelines and schedules for all wedding activities. Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of wedding events. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless event flow.
Crisis Management:
- Address and resolve unforeseen issues or emergencies during events. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors on the wedding day.
Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process. Ensure all aspects of the wedding align with the couple's vision and preferences. Gather feedback post-event to ensure continuous improvement.
Administrative and Creative Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on wedding trends and incorporate innovative ideas. Maintain detailed records of budgets, contracts, and timelines. Build and maintain a strong network of reliable and high-quality vendors.
