Job Description:
- Monitor and address HNI/UHNI clients banking and investment requirements.
- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review client's financial goals, align client's need through incumbent strategy, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience, thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long-term investment goals.
- Proactively growing clients- portfolios through regular client interaction, on-going financial planning and proactively managing the client-relationship.
- Formulate outbound and inbound sales plans to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base to the portfolio.
- Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs.
- Ensuring client contact-ability at all times and maintain MIS of clients.
- Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT.
- Ensuring need-based product approach towards clients and regular reporting of product penetration.
- Reaching out clients on a periodic basis and cross selling as per demographic, life style and risk profiling.
