Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire HNI/UHNI clients with a minimum investment capacity of - 50 lakhs
- Conduct detailed financial needs analysis and risk profiling to create tailored investment proposals
- Present and explain equity-based investment products and portfolio management services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular portfolio reviews and investment updates
- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service
- Collaborate with the research team to understand investment strategies and effectively communicate them to clients
- Provide regular market insights and portfolio performance updates to clients
Critical Success Factors:
- Achieve and maintain a minimum AUM of - 20 crores within the first year
- Establish a high-quality HNI client portfolio with an average ticket size of - 50 lakhs or higher
- Maintain client retention rate above industry standards
- Generate qualified referrals from existing client relationships
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets while maintaining portfolio quality standards
Education and Experience:
-Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2-15 years of proven sales experience in financial products (Equity/Mutual Funds/PMS/AIF)
- Demonstrated track record of managing AUM of - 20 crores or higher
- Strong network within the HNI/UHNI segment
