Senior Visual Merchandiser/ Visual Merchandiser - Indiranagar, Bangalore

- Overview of the creative and artistic concepts for in-store display

- Conceptualise the entire VM identity based client briefing

- Illustrate and present the concepts to client team.

- Devise, implement and execute effective merchandising strategies.

- Constantly conceptualise new and fresh store design ideas with focus on VM. 

- Calculate and present the cost sheets for the VM to the clients.

- Prepare detail design dockets for execution.

- Docket execution with-in the time lines given

- Dockets received with window designs, focal designs, artwork, material details, execution details and approx budget needs to be executed within timelines.

- Accumulate the costing details from vendors for printing, pasting and props.

- Design adaption, as per the store sizes and extract the costing for the execution. 

- Sampling and prototyping management within timelines.

- Get approvals from client team for production.

- Window execution

- Place the printing and props order, with the execution dates given to vendor. 

- Make sure of execution completion, on the respective date before store opening. Henceforth, capture the execution and present docket to client team.

- Vendor management

- Manage and maintain the vendor base of the company

- Handle the vendors to deliver on the timelines and ensure quality of work

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education :

- UG - Diploma - Any Specialization, Architecture, Fashion Designing/Other Designing, Graphic/ Web Designing, Visual Arts) OR (PG- PG Diploma - Any Specialization, Other, Post-Graduation Not Required) & (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

- BSc/BA/FDA in visual merchandising or related field.

- Great communication skills.

- Preferably 5+ years experience in performing visual displays within the retail industry. 

- Proven organizational skills.

- Highly creative and responsible

- Good command of written and spoken English, pleasant personality

- Willing to be both independent and creative in a team

- Good Understanding of Design Intent and Direction
