Senior Vice President/Vice President - Customer Relationship Management - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)
- Managing multi-level and cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Heading Customer Relationship Management Division ensuring all activities in furtherance of Sales Administration functions and effectively meeting out Service level expectations. Assist in making major business decisions.
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through systems. Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers. Suggest new methods to address customers- needs.
- Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers. Plan, develop and Implement systems, policies and procedures for controlling customer service strategies/service standards for superior service delivery.
- Contribute in increasing the awareness of Customer Relationship Activities with customers to improve customer service. Review customer-complaint and suggestions.
- Assign duties to subordinates and observe performance to ensure adherence to companies policies and established operating procedures.
- MBA Preferred
- Candidates from Real Estate Companies willing to relocate would be preferred
