Responsibilities:
Building a 250 Crore AUM, SCF book in 12 months, setting up a highly driven sales team at Urumi Capital.

Qualifications :
- 7+ years experience as a problem solver in the Supply chain finance space
- Experience in managing and leading a high performing sales team
- Hands on with sales process: sourcing leads, Conversion, negotiations and closure.
- Proven record of user acquisition on time and on budget
- Contributions to community, side projects are a plus
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
- Preferably From a Top B School
