Senior Vice President/Country Head - Sales - PMS - Domestic - Investment Firm (7-12 yrs)
About the Client :
Client is an upcoming boutique investment firm based out of Mumbai, with focus on providing investment management services to HNI and family offices.
Reporting Structure : CEO-PMS
- Senior VP Sales needs to be energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with leadership and communication skills.
- Must exhibit proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Must adjust to a dynamic environment and bring entrepreneur skills to the job.
- Senior Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving the success of the Wealth Management business in the marketplace.
Desired areas of exposure (Technical/Functional & Soft Skill):
- Create effective, compelling positioning sales tools for the client
- Stays abreast of market trends to drive topics to keep the clients engaged
- Min 10 years experience in Wealth Advisory/PMS Sales.
- Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation/ material
- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioural interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue
- Excellent business acquiring skills
- Knowledge of Capital Markets
- Direct equity portfolio management experience ( no other products)
- Should have good connectivity and have dealt with HNIs on a one on one basis helping them with wealth management products ; someone on the equity advisory sales side or wealth side.
- Should have good connectivity with Family Offices & Distributors
- Wealth /Bank Relationship Manager's who have sold Portfolio management services and have end direct client connect
- Hands on/ proven abilities in closing business of ticket size Rs. 50-100 crores
Required Other Skills :
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- Prior experience working as Sales & BD professionals from leading wealth management/stock broking/Equity PCG firms, who have experience with capital markets and sales

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
