Senior Training Executive - Sales Domain - Telecom (2-5 yrs)
Purpose of the role:
The role holder is responsible for identifying and addressing the training needs of the sales representatives (Both Telesales & Field sales) in order to maximize their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Responsible for conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and report training needs for the location.
ii. Responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting training sessions.
iii. Responsible for preparing weekly training calendar as per defined procedures.
iv. Responsible for interacting with various stakeholders in order to finalize the training calendar for the month.
v. Responsible for ensuring compliance to various training programs.
vi. Responsible for training evaluation of the sales representatives as per the laid down procedures.
vii. Responsible for preparing training evaluation reports.
viii.Responsible for motivating the sales representatives to achieve their targets through On The Job (OJT) training.
ix. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees with managers.
x. Responsible for documenting training programs including trainee assessment and feedback.
xi. Responsible for updating training documents on the trainers portal.
Skills and Work Experience required:
i. Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
ii. Strong facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills.
iii. Should be fluent in Tamil & English
