This position reports directly to the Sales Director and involves collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Key Responsibilities:-
1. Training Program Development : Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of both inbound and outbound sales teams. This includes creating engaging content, presentations, and materials.
2. Onboarding : Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM systems, and company policies.
3. Continuous Learning : Implement ongoing training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing sales team members. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
4. Performance Evaluation : Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Monitor sales team performance and provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams to drive improvement.
5. Coaching and Mentoring : Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, focusing on skill development, goal setting, and career advancement.
6. Collaboration : Work closely with sales managers, HR, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and skill development.
7. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for management to track training effectiveness and ROI.
- Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training and development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), CRM software, and other training tools.
