An Ideal Candidate :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting optician and accessories stores, achieving sales targets through dealers and distributors, and conducting sales events and road shows in the territory to showcase our range of products. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfillment, collecting payments from distributors and dealers, implementing company schemes and brand plans, and identifying opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory.
Key Competencies :
1. Demonstrated the ability to effectively pitch products and secure orders from optician and accessories stores.
2. Proven track record in achieving primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
3. Proficiency in organizing and executing sales events and road shows to showcase product ranges and drive customer engagement.
