Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads: Use cold calling and other sales techniques to identify potential customers
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services in order to answer questions, overcome objections, and explain benefits effectively.
- Build relationships: Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Share information: Provide information about products or services, highlight special offers, and make recommendations
- Negotiate prices: Negotiate prices with customers to secure sales
- Answer questions: Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions: Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma is fine.
- Proven experience in tele-sales, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good Communication: English+ Tamil/Hindi - Speaking Mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Experience:
- Only Strongly experienced person of 2 to 4 years in any Telesales Process Like (Ex: Product sales in Any Relevant Field)
- Previous work experience includes managing teams of at least 5 members effectively.
