We urgently require Exp. Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process - (Tech Support) in US Shift
Position : Senior Tech Support Associate

Job Description :
- Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
- Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidates Profile :
- Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 8 months to 1 year
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Must have good convincing skills.
- Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad
- Salary : Rs.15,000-22,000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives
