Senior Team Member/Team Lead - Sales - Solar Products (4-8 yrs)
Position: Senior Team Member/Team Lead (Sales)
Experience: 4 Years (at least 2 years in Solar Industry) in Channel/Retail Business
Qualification: Graduate /MBA
Location: Pan India
Responsibilities:
1. Selling experience to Distributors/Dealers/System Integrators.
2. Identify and develop new Distributors/System Integrators.
3. Implement Go to market strategy
5. Develop good relationship with Distributors/System Integrators.
7. Achieve targeted sales .
8. Provide inputs to management on market intelligence
9. Identify/Shortlist && Appoint Channel Partners/System Integrators for Solar Products/Projects in assigned territory.
10. Responsible for sales of Solar Products offered by Company ( Presently- Solar PV Modules/Off Grid & On Grid Solar Power Packs /Smart Module), Roof Top projects upto 50KW/Solar Street Light/Solar Water pumping system.
11. Reporting to Region Head for Channel Business. Marketing of Company offerings in targeted markets alongwith CP/SI network.
12. Increasing Dealer Network for Secondary Sales/Visiting Residential/Institutional customers for roof top solar projects upto 50 KW. Knowledge of Off Grid & ON Grid solar systems.
