Senior Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Title : Senior Team Leader
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Agent hiring and management : identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
- Monitor your team's performance and guide improvement when necessary.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
- Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.
- Carrying out a sales plan by using market segmentation, expands the market's reach.
Candidate Desired profile :
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of 2+ years in on-field sales functions (BFSI or insurance sales required).
- Local native are Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
- Only Male candidates
