Senior Specialist - Publisher Development - Performance Campaigns (3-10 yrs)

Work Shift Timings - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Job Description:
Knowledge of and experience in digital media and search advertising is required. Those who have existing relationships with digital publishers will be of the highest level of interest and likely have the shortest ramp time once hired for the position. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided.
- 2-8 years- experience in global Publisher acquisition.
- Key decision maker for any business decision related to existing publishers across all Business Units.
- Through understanding of CPA/CPL/CPO/CPI/CPR Mode of Operations.
- Media buying/affiliate marketing.
- Meet monthly, quarterly revenue targets.
- Create media plans for team below him/her and ensure compliance with those media plans.
- Ensure that team buys media from publishers on CPA/CPL/CPO/CPI/CPR format.
- Relevant experience of working on Ad Exchanges and Media Market places.
- Good Knowledge of Affiliate Platforms and Affiliate practices
- Sound understanding of online media technology & its direct marketing applications.
- Knowledge & relevant experience in email & search display marketing.
- Ability to develop & nurture existing & new partnerships.
- Strong Analytical skills, ability to compile & analyze performance data & metrics. Monitor & evaluate industry trends.
- Drive the growth strategies to up-size, up-sell and cross-sell to existing publishers.
- Ensure that the publisher related information is captured accurately in the CRM (contacts, accounts, deals, revenue size, sources, etc)
- Define measurement systems and dashboards for the team to track publisher growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams across Business Units to create new revenue streams.
- Represent the company at industry events in Target Market - speaking engagements and networking with exiting publishers.
- Develop a feedback loop with the marketing, operations and product teams to keep the improving the products.
- Strong Analytical skills, ability to compile & analyze performance data & metrics. Monitor & evaluate industry trends.
- Fluent with PowerPoint to create decks which highlight the value add for the publishers.
- Fluent with Excel to create business models and deal simulations.
- Confidence to present our product and solutions in front of top execs at publishers.
- Strong Negotiation and Selling Skills
- Good Client Management skills
